Can I write a check for my order?Customers who have an approved BWI Sales Agreement on file will be placed on Net 30 terms and may pay for their order with a company check. Click here to download a Sales Agreement. E-Check is another method of payment. Simply fax a copy of your blank check when you place your order to 1-888-444-9840. Click here to download an E-Check Agreement. Customers that have an approved BWI Bank Release form on file may pay for their C.O.D. orders with a company check. Does BWI have an order minimum requirement?There is a $100.00 minimum order requirement for the first order. All orders
thereafter have a $50.00 minimum. Foil Balloon Minimums: 4" - 17" - Foil Balloon 10 minimum per style 18" - 22" - Foil Balloon 5 minimum per style 23" and larger - Foil Balloon 2 minimum per style How can I become a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA)? By taking and passing written, oral and practical exams, QBN members will become Certified Balloon Artists (CBA).
How can I calculate how much helium a balloon holds and it's float time?How can I place an order?By phone, dial 1-800-805-7786 to speak with a Customer Development Representative (Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm PT). How do I know the amount of weight that is needed to hold down a helium filled balloon?What are BWI's showroom hours?BWI's showroom is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (Pacific Time).

What do I do if I receive defective merchandise?In the event that you receive defective merchandise, call BWI with a description of the defective product. If the merchandise is damaged in shipping, save the box and packing materials. Do not discard any damaged merchandise or packing materials until you speak with a Customer Development Representative and they instruct you to do so.

Why does BWI need my tax identification number or resale number?BWI is a wholesale company that will only sell to businesses. California law requires wholesalers to charge sales tax if a resale card is not on file. BWI is a wholesale distributor.
